Relaxation and Imagery - single day course

During this workshop you will learn how imagery can be used to manage symptoms and side effects of cancer and its treatments, as well as for restoring and maintaining health.

You will:

• Learn imagery techniques to support relaxation, healing and symptom control
• Explore the use of creative imagination through imagery
• Gain an understanding of how mind and body interconnect and how this connection can be used to promote wellbeing
• Explore self-healing with the use of a personal healing symbol
• Discuss how these techniques can be put into practice in your everyday life
