Wellness and Wellbeing

This one day course will help you to reconnect with yourself, to listen inwardly to what you need at the most profound level of your being and provide you with a nurturing and healing space as well as practical tools for living well.

You will:

  • Explore what ‘wellness’ means to you personally
  • Develop an understanding of your own rhythm and what works for you
  • Learn practical tools to ensure you live well
  • Explore what gets in the way of living well
  • Develop ‘Personal Mastery’ skills & attributes to overcome set backs

Minimum contribution

As a charity we are reliant upon voluntary and charitable support to fund our services. There is no minimum contribution for anyone attending the Wellness and Wellbeing course. We ask everyone who uses our services to make a donation if they are able to. Making a donation means that more people can be supported by us in the future.
