This day offers a basic grounding in the Bristol Approach to nutrition and healthy eating, together with details of the principles behind it. You will learn in a group setting and will have the opportunity to swap experiences and top tips with other course participants. A nutritional therapist will guide you on how to follow a healthy eating plan that is stress-free and fun. You will have a chance to observe some of the techniques put into practice and for further inspiration lunch will be served by our fantastic kitchen!
This course is for anyone who has a particular interest in nutrition and would like to find out more about the Bristol Approach to healthy eating. There is both a basic and an advanced level course available.
