In this course you will learn how food affects not only the physical body but also the mind and the spirit. We will explain the importance of the dining surroundings and eating in a calm environment, as well as encouraging a deeper connection with food.
We will also provide ideas on how to prepare healthy dishes in line with the Penny Brohn Cancer Care healthy eating guidelines. Particular focus will be given to meals that all the family can enjoy even those resistant to healthy eating. The focus of the day is on foods that provide a feel-good factor and a selection of delicious healing recipes will be demonstrated.
